During a session at VivaTech 2024 in Paris, the company unveiled its comprehensive four-layer AI strategy and outlined ambitious plans for AI integration. Highlighting its commitment to innovation, Honor revealed its intention to leverage Google Cloud for introducing generative AI features.

Foundation Layer: Cross-Device and Cross-OS AI Capabilities

Platform-Level AI

This collaboration could set Honor apart from other smartphone brands, as it will be the first to offer this unique image-generation model to users.

Honor CEO George Zhao expressed confidence in the company’s AI strategy, stating that the four-layer architecture is designed to deliver an intent-based user experience capable of rivaling Samsung’s Galaxy AI. Zhao highlighted that the integration of these AI features would begin with MagicOS 8.0, which started rolling out last month.
