Conditions:
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by postal or shipping services. Check package contents in front of the delivery representative and do not accept damaged or opened shipments.
- Defective items must be returned in their original packaging to maintain warranty validity.
- Warranty seals must be intact. Any broken or tampered seals void the warranty.
- Ensure compatibility with your requirements before purchase. Returns for incompatible items are not accepted.
- In-screen fingerprint sensors, proximity sensors, or other built-in sensors in compatible combo display folders may not function.
- Battery capacities (mAh) may vary by supplier.
- Flex, PCB, and modules do not come with pre-installed components.
- Full housings or body do not include middle and side keys.
Return Shipping:
- Purchasers are responsible for all shipping costs for warranty repairs. Allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
- Collect returned products within 14 days of arrival to avoid destruction and case closure.
Return Requirements:
- Protective films and warranty seals on LCD and touchscreen should be intact.
- No traces of repositioning on protective film or seals.
- The part must not be physically damaged.
- No modifications, adjustments, or misuse of the item.
- The warranty does not cover careless usage (e.g., liquid ingress, electrostatic discharge, misuse of voltage).
